All Miami Chat users should:

Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate bans:

• Harassment & Bullying: Targeting individuals with insults, threats, or intimidating behavior.
• Hate Speech: Content that discriminates, degrades, or promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Sexually Explicit Material: Nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive content in video, audio, or text.
• Illegal Activities: Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in illegal acts.
• Violence & Harm: Depictions or threats of physical harm to oneself or others.
• Privacy Violations: Recording, screenshotting, or sharing conversations without consent; attempting to discover or share others' personal information.
• Spam & Advertising: Unsolicited promotion of products, services, websites, or channels.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting your identity.
• Underage Users: Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using the platform.
• Prostitution & Solicitation: Offering or requesting sexual services or favors in exchange for money, goods, or other considerations.

Moderation & Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to enforce these guidelines. Violations may result in:

• Warning: First-time or minor offenses may receive a warning.
• Temporary Ban: Repeated violations lead to temporary suspension (duration varies by severity).
• Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account termination without appeal.
• Legal Reporting: Illegal activities will be reported to appropriate authorities.

We aim for fair enforcement but reserve the right to take action at our discretion. If you believe a ban was issued in error, you may contact support for review.

Reporting a Violation

If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Click the "Report" button during a chat
• Select the reason for reporting
• Provide any additional context if needed
• Our team reviews reports promptly, typically within hours

False reporting undermines our moderation system. Only report genuine violations.

As a community member, you are responsible for:
